poor air conditioning hot room
The location was central, near the tram line, a detail I found acceptable.
The air conditioning was NOT working properly, resulting in a HOT room, even with the thermostat set low. I complained for a day, they claimed it was fixed, but the problem persisted. All rooms may have the same issue. A different room was offered, but this points to potentially larger, unresolved problems.

The breakfast had many options. I found it quite satisfying. the rooftop restaurant offered nice views. the location was near the tram line. This made travel easy.
the room was small. and there was limited space to store belongings.

scenic spot willing staff distinct hospitality
The rooftop restaurant provided beautiful views. it was nice to have such a scenic spot within the hotel. i found the staff accommodating and always willing to assist. Their hospitality stood out .
the walk from the hotel to the main attractions included a steep incline.

great location and friendly staff
central location kind staff
i appreciated the central location. it made visiting main attractions easy. the breakfast had a wide variety of foods, including honeycomb. the staff members were kind and helpful.
the air conditioning did not work for several days. this, especially in the evenings. the window in the bathroom did not open, which worsened the issue.

central location wide selection rooftop terrace helpful staff
The hotel is close to the Grand Bazaar and major attractions. Breakfast offered a wide selection of items. The rooftop terrace provided a beautiful view (I enjoyed the sunset). Staff members were helpful and friendly.
The street leading to the hotel can be busy with commercial traffic during certain hours, making access slightly inconvenient.
